The ADR qualification is required by drivers who transport dangerous goods, for example petrol or oil.
The course is held at our Norwich training centre and is a mixture of theoretical and practical instruction followed by a series of exams.
Once obtained the ADR certificate lasts for five years and must then be renewed. It can be renewed (refreshed) at any time during the final year but it must be before the final six weeks.
When renewed the five year period is added on to whatever you had left, so nothing is lost.
If it is left to the final six weeks then the ADR certificate cannot be refreshed and must be retaken. This involves re-doing the full, and therefore more expensive and longer, course.
ADR courses are held approximately every two months but for business users we can arrange courses on demand (where at least three people will be attending).
